How often will I receive a new flower arrangement?

Our subscription program allows you to decide what frequency you like. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries. You may also choose the number of deliveries for your subscription. You can even pay as you go or pay entirely upfront. Choose what works for you, we are here to help you!

Can I pick which flower arrangement I receive?

While you’re not able to choose which arrangement you will receive, we will select the freshest option for your delivery date.

Does my flower arrangement come in a vase?

Yes, all flower arrangements come designed in a vase for all subscription programs.

How do I make changes to my current subscription plan?

Just notify the team member you have been assigned to. Or you can simply email support@scottsflowersnyc.com and we will adjust any changes you need at any time!

How often will I be billed?

You can pay upfront or pay as you go. Whatever is easier for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?
